While Microsoft's tax dodge hasn't shrunk, it's percentage of Washington State's deficit has. The Seattle Times reports the biennial budget deficit is zooming past $2.6 billion. So, Microsoft's tax dodge with penalties may be now a bit less than half of the total state deficit.
